Conradina verticillata (Cumberland rosemary)

Description

Forming a 6″ tall x 4′ wide specimen at maturity (around three years), Conradina verticillata has prostrate woody stems adorned with rosemary-like, fragrant leaves. From May through June, the stems are smothered with a mass of mauvy violet flowers. Good drainage is a key to success. Zones 6a-8b. Image from Shoot Gardening.
