Reap the intense nutritional benefits of this wild green! Wild arugula is the perfect marriage of gourmet flavor and wild-foraged nutrient density. Classic arugula has a bright peppery flavor that’s a perfect accent in salads, pasta dishes and even on pizza! Every part of the plant can find its place in the mix of seasonal salad, including the leafy immature buds, and flowering buds that follow. Beneficial insects and bumble bees love the flowers.
