Leek ‘Lancelot’

Description

Lancelot Leeks are great for soups, salads, and roasting. Leeks are not day length sensitive. As long as you keep blanching them (throwing dirt up on the shaft), they will continue to grow. These long 12-14″ shafts are ideal for appearance and flavor. Plant 4-5″ deep. Fertilize just like onions.

Fall Harvest variety

Late-season vegetables adapted to tolerate both the heat of late summer and the cool nights of fall. Harvest in late summer or fall. See our Fall & Winter Vegetable Guide for specific planting/harvest times & freeze-out temperatures.
