Vibrant purple, slightly flattened bulbs have juicy, crisp white flesh. Very early and uniform variety is a favorite in European markets, good for stir frying or sautéing. 65 days from transplant. OP
Care: Plant 3-8″ apart in rows 12-18″ apart in full sun & moist soil. Harvest at 2″ across for most tender bulbs.
