Raspberry ‘Canby’ (Rubus idaeus)

Description

A June bearing variety, Canby is renowned for its heavy crops of large, flavorful, and juicy berries. Easy to harvest, these luscious, bright red berries are great for fresh eating, preserves and freezing. Self-pollinating. Raspberries are biennials that perform best in full sun with plenty of water and a good fertilizing when blooms begin. For best results, cut down all fruited canes to ground level at the end of the season. Photo courtesy of Gurney’s.
