Compact, heavy heads with a very upright growth habit. Heads remain open, untwisted, and tight across varying conditions. Hearty, juicy leaves like an iceberg, but with better flavor and a pleasingly frilly margin. The tasty leaves are uniform and numerous making them easy to process.
