Lettuce ‘Alcazaba’ mini head romaine

Description

True compact, green, mini romaine. Alcazaba forms a very compact, kelly green, mini head with a bright yellow interior. The short plant averages 8″ tall and is very slow to become oversized. Though best for mini heads, it can also be used as a babyleaf. Especially nice marketed with other mini romaines, such as BreenDragoonTruchas, etc. OP. Bolting and tipburn tolerant. Care: Plant 12-16″ apart in rows 16-18″ apart in a mostly sunny area. Pick within 2-3 weeks of maturity for best flavor.
