Description

Also called Smokey Saskatoon. Deciduous, thicket-forming shrub or small tree with an upright, spreading habit. Loads of white blooms in Spring lead to lots of juicy purple fruit in Summer. Will tolerate full sun but prefers part to light shade. Grows 8-10′ with an 8-10′ spread. Attracts butterflies and is moderately drought tolerant. Likes average-to-moist, well drained soil.
