Broccoli ‘Spigariello Liscia’ (leaf type)

Description

This variety is technically a leaf broccoli but it is grown like broccoli raab. Harvest individual leaves for continual harvest or whole plants for bunching. Forms small broccoli-like heads after 70 days. Sweet broccoli/kale flavor.

Care: Plant 20-30″ apart in rows 24-36″ apart in full sun, cool moist soil.

Continuous Harvest variety

Cold-tolerant plants that stand in the field for harvest as needed in late fall and early winter. May overwinter in mild seasons, or die back and sprout from the root in spring for an extra-early crop.
