Also called Dinosaur Kale or Italian Kale. The long, narrow, dark blue-green savoyed leaves make a hearty winter cooking green with a sweet earthy flavor and firm chewy texture. 30 days from transplant for baby greens, 60 to full size. OP

Care: Plant 20-30″ apart in rows 24-36″ apart in full sun, cool moist soil.

Continuous Harvest variety

Cold-tolerant plants that stand in the field for harvest as needed in late fall and early winter. May overwinter in mild seasons, or die back and sprout from the root in spring for an extra-early crop.
