Rumex ‘Raspberry Dressing’

Description

Plants form ornamental rosettes of maroon-veined green leaves. The young leaves have a sharp, tangy flavor similar to spinach or chard and can be added to salads. 30-40 days from transplant.

Care: Plant 8″ apart in rows 12-18″ apart in sun or light shade. If plants bolt, cut back and wait for regrowth in fall.
