The seeds and juice are full of anti-oxidants and are reputed to have anti-inflammatory properties as well. Shirin Pust Ghermez Saveh is brilliantly orange-burgundy colored – inside and out – with amazingly sweet seeds. Likes full- to half-day sun and well drained soil. Can reach up to 10-12 ft. in height and bears fruit 1-2 years after planting. Hardy to Zones 7-10.
