Pepper (Hot) ‘Amazing 2’ F1 Korean chile

Description

Traditional Korean drying pepper. Amazing 2‘s average 6″ x 3/4″ fruits are typically dried and ground into red chile powder. Warm, not hot, pungency allows cooks to add generous amounts for more chile flavor with only moderate heat. Perfect for making bright red kimchi. Amazing 2 may require drying in a food dehydrator or oven set to low, due to having thicker walls than smaller cayennes. Excellent yield potential from tall and upright plants. 75 days to green, 95 days to red.

Care: Plant 18-24″ apart in rows 24-30″ apart in full sun. Keep soil uniformly moist (but not waterlogged) for best production.
