Tear-drop shaped shallot with pale pink flesh and rosy pink-brown skin that is easy to peel. Conservor has great flavor and excellent storage life. Similar to traditional French shallots. Bulbs are 2-3” long and flavorful. 100 days from transplant.
Care: Plant in 4″ wide bands, in rows 12″ apart with full sun and well-drained soil.
