Paramo refers to the top part of a mountain, closest to heaven, and these stately blooms are heavenly indeed. Paramo Azul is a true-blue delphinium that will light up the garden. Plants can reach 4-5 feet tall so will probably require some staking or other means of support. Grow in full sun to part shade.
