Sweet nutty flavor superior to any summer cauliflower. Referred as the cashew of the Pacific Northwest Garden. Prefers maritime climate with winters that do not typically drop below 15°F. 270 days.
Care: Plant 20-30″ apart in rows 24-36″ apart in full sun, cool moist soil.
