Buttery-sweet, bright green beans mature early on bushy 2 foot plants – great for short season or northern gardens. For edamame, harvest as soon as pods are filled but still green. Boil pods 5-10 minutes in salted water, then pop beans out of the shell to eat. 70-80 days from transplant. OP
