Created in a rainbow of hues (Green, Yellow, Purple and Maroon), these peas playfully bend and curl, giving each pod a unique fingerprint. Harvested at peak maturity, these peas are crisp, firm and bright, bringing a special palette in both color and flavor. Each color pod has its own taste and peas are most vibrant when served raw or prepared with a light blanching or sauté. Green Snaps are a traditional bright snap pea flavor. Yellow Snaps are super sweet and turn translucent when cooked. Purple Snaps offer a sharp kick and a colorful punch. Maroon Snaps are rich and nutty.
