Lonicera hybrid ‘Coral Starâ„¢’ honeysuckle

Description

Like most honeysuckle, Coral Star is well-suited for arbors, fences or anywhere a climbing plant is needed. However, it’s not aggressive like its Japanese counterpart. Bright coral-peach flowers are showy and have an extended blooming season which attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. Habitat: Rich hammocks, sandhills, open woodlands, and thickets. Can reach 10′ tall with a 6′ spread. Likes full sun to part shade. Hardy to Zone 4. Photo courtesy of Meridian Young.
