Indeterminate. The Santorini tomato, τοματάκι Σαντορίνης, is a variety of cherry tomato from Santorini, Greece. This tomato variety is a unique and hard to find product of that island’s climate, where it is historically grown without watering. Regular leaf plants produce 1-2 oz. flat, ribbed, bright red fruits, similar in size to a beefsteak tomato, with a slightly-acidic flavor. It can be eaten fresh and is also an excellent paste tomato.
