Tender white curds grow 6-7 inches across. Uniform with tight inner wrapper leaves. Produces heavy, dome-shaped heads with small air pockets and excellent curd quality. New variety, winner of taste tests 65-70 days from transplant.
Care: Plant 20-30″ apart in rows 24-36″ apart in full sun, cool moist soil.
