Golden-green foliage has a delicious fragrance with hints of mint and licorice. Ideal for muddling or making simple syrup – blends best with fruity or floral drinks. Edible blue flowers make a nice garnish as well! Blooms July-September. Grows 1-3 feet tall and wide Sun/Shade. Photo courtesy of Territorial Seed.
Mixologists’ Simple Syrups:
To make a simple syrup, heat equal parts sugar and water until the sugar melts. Allow to cool, then steep Golden Jubilee in the mixture for 30-60 minutes. Strain. Use a splash of vodka as a preservative. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.
