Basil ‘Bōnsai’ (Ocimum basilicum)

Description

A compact, quick, uniform, fine-leaf Greek basil you can grow inside on a sunny windowsill or counter, without a garden. Bōnsai (pronounced bone-sigh) is Japanese for “grown in a container” and this basil is perfect for that! Mounded habit grows 6-12 inches tall with a similar spread. Smaller leaves mean no chopping is required for use in recipes. Photo courtesy of Ball Seed.
