Sunrise F1 Hybrid Pumpkin is pale orange with pale speckles and dark orange stripes along the ribs. This mini pumpkin features deep ribbing. Plants are very productive and bear the fruit from the crown, similar to summer squash. Vines average only 2’ long are suitable for intensive or container growing. Care: Plant 5-6′ apart in rows 6-8′ apart in full sun. Space more widely and remove all but one fruit from each vine for the largest pumpkins. Leave on the vine as long as possible, until rinds have hardened. Bring in after the first light frost, before rains.
