Early maturing, mini onion produces small, purple-red skinned bulbs with a mild, delicate flavor. Color turns pastel pink when cooked or pickled. They can also be harvested very young as baby bunching onions with purple pearl ends. Requires short day length. 60 days from transplant.
Care: Plant 1/4″ deep with 1-2″ spacing.
