Not only is this amazing Korean native stunning in flower, but it&#8217;s also used in Korean culture as the rest of the world would consume celery. The angelica-like foliage remains evergreen all winter, and is topped with 4&#8242; stalks of Queen Anne&#8217;s Lace-like flowers, starting in June, that are laden with an amazing array of beneficial insects. After flowering, the plant goes dormant for a short rest, re-emerging in August. Both the leaves and stalks are used in soups. The flavor is somewhere between celery and lovage. Partial to full sun.
