Onion ‘Yellow Granex’

Description

(aka ‘Georgia Sweet’) Jumbo to colossal size, flattened bulbs famous for their sweet, mild flavor. This is one of the varieties grown as a Vidalia-type in the well-known onion-producing region of Georgia. Not suitable for storage. 140 days. Photo and text courtesy of Johnny’s Seeds.

Care: Plant in 4″ wide bands, in rows 12″ apart with full sun and well-drained soil.
