An exciting new kind of cauliflower from Tokita Seed. This amazing variety is much sweeter than regular, white-headed cauliflower. It’s called stick type because the small florets grow on the tops of long, slender sticks (stems). The entire plant, from the stem to the florets, can be eaten. A wonderful addition to stir-fries and soups, or as a pan-seared side dish with a little salt and pepper; or eat them raw in your favorite salad. For a mini-veggie treat, try frying them up with some Kalettes! The number 60 in this variety refers to how many days it takes until proper ripening has occurred. Care: Plant 20-30″ apart in rows 24-36″ apart in full sun, cool moist soil.
