Beautiful purple florets and green stems are sweet and tender, and can be eaten fresh or cooked. Turns green when cooked. Harvest when the florets are mini-sized. Plants produce over a long harvest period of 3-5 weeks. Good for bunching. Suitable for fall crops in all areas, and fall and winter crops in mild areas.
Care: Plant 20-30″ apart in rows 24-36″ apart in full sun, cool moist soil.
