Determinate plants produce 1 oz bright-red, salad-sized fruit, sometimes with slightly pointed end. Most of the first fruits are seedless. Expect lots of fruit with a sweet, excellent flavor. While many early-ripening tomatoes come from colder climates, it is believed that 42 Days originated in Mexico. Because it is such an early tomato, it is a good choice for shorter and colder climates.
Care: Plant 24-36″ apart in rows 3-4′ apart in full sun. Plants grow 4-6′ tall; provide a cage or trellis.
