Thyme ‘Spicy Orange’ (Thymus citriodorus)

Description

This unique Thyme features needle-shaped green leaves with a strong spicy-orange fragrance, smothered by pale-pink flowers in early summer. Good for planting as a groundcover or between flagstones. Will tolerate moderate foot traffic. Creeping Thyme is easily divided in spring or early fall, and even small pieces will take root and grow. Drought tolerant, once established. Attractive to butterflies. Evergreen. Photo courtesy of Heritage Perennials.
