A compact pumpkin with a neat habit easily grown in a container. Windsor produces very decorative orange fruit that have a dense internal flesh with a sweet, nutty flavor. Suitable for pots and containers as well as the open ground. Once harvested the fruits will store in a dry airy location, if kept away from direct sunlight, for up to four months without degrading. 85-90 days.
Care: Plant 4-5′ apart in rows 6-8′ apart in full sun. Leave on the vine as long as possible, until rinds have hardened. Bring in after the first light frost, before rains.
