Lettuce ‘Breen’ mini head romaine

Description

True compact, red, mini romaine. Breen forms a very compact, medium bronze-red, mini head. The short plant averages 8″ tall and is very slow to become oversized. Though best for mini heads, it can also be used as a medium-red babyleaf. Especially nice marketed with other mini romaines. OP
Care: Plant 12-16″ apart in rows 16-18″ apart in a mostly sunny area. Pick within 2-3 weeks of maturity for best flavor.
