A cabbage-type collard with a unique sweet flavor. Originally selected for making juice, this hybrid maintains a particularly sweet flavor, especially when cooler conditions up the Brix to 17%. Broad leaves and thick stems contain very little fiber and can produce a lot of juice! Versatile leaves can also be used for cooking and the tasty flowering shoots can be consumed after light boiling. Dwarf habit. 60 days. Photo courtesy of Pro-Veg.
