The best all-around red beet. Round, smooth, deep red roots grow rapidly and uniformly. Sweet and tender, even when older. Medium-tall, red-veined greens for bunching. 55 days to maturity.
Care: Space transplants 3” apart in rows 12-18” apart. Full sun and well-drained soil.
