Humulus lupulus ‘Aureus’ Golden Hops

Description

Perennial vine with beautiful golden yellow foliage. Color is most intense in full sun, but enlivens a semi-shaded area with yellow-green leaves. Greenish flowers midsummer til fall. The fruiting 1 1/2-2 inch long cones are the hops used in brewing beer. Dies back to crown each fall. From Europe and west Asia. Grows 15-20 feet tall.
