Description
A charming, heavily flowering, superb new variety of sea holly and the first true dwarf. Only reaching a height of just a foot or so, this stunning blue flower makes a perfect container plant with its spoon-shaped green leaves. Grows 8-12 inches with 8-10 inch spread. Sun/shade.
