Gorgeous 4-5 inch oblong melons have an amazingly bright, lemon colored rind and mildly sweet, crisp white flesh. The skin is so thin that many people do not peel them prior to eating, but enjoy these easy-to-grow melons straight out of the garden.Compact vines produce early and heavy yields. Pick fruit when they turn golden. Care: Space 3-5′ apart in all directions. Melons need heat and well-drained soil: plant in full sun in raised beds or hills.
