Description
Grown for its baseball-sized, nutty-flavored white roots that can be peeled and eaten raw or cooked. Slow to bolt and a good keeper. 120 days from transplant.
Care: Plant 12″ apart in rows 18″ apart in full sun. Fertilize and keep well watered.
